Use of the site irk-informatique.fr implies full and whole acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These conditions of use are subject to modification or completion at any time.
This site is normally accessible at any time to users. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by IRK INFORMATIQUE.
5. General Terms of Sale (GTS) - Shop & Services
Object
These GTS govern the sales of computer hardware through our Boutique (store) space as well as the provision of web and software development services.
Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT not applicable). Payment is due immediately upon ordering for the shop, or according to the deadlines defined by quote for services.
Right of Withdrawal (Shop)
In accordance with legal provisions (art. L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code), private individual customers (B2C) have a period of 14 days from receipt of physical products to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Software and Services
Regarding our SaaS/Web development services and the sale of dematerialized licenses (Source code), the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal once performance has begun with their agreement (Art. L. 221-28).
Guarantees & Delivery
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. The maximum delivery time is 30 working days. In case of withdrawal, return costs are exclusively at the customer's expense.
